Building built in the 60’s, totally renovated between 2000 and 2002. Building surface: 760.14 m2 . Land area: 2.000 m2. It has three floors, where there are 14 double rooms, all with bathroom, heating, ambient music and TV; a restaurant (air-conditioned and adapted for the disabled) with capacity for 80 diners, with their corresponding bathrooms. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, with the latest advances in household appliances, Rational convection oven, vacuum packaging machine, volcanic charcoal, Thermomix, conventional oven, iron, fryers, etc.
In the basement there are: a music bar, a laundry with washing machine, iron and industrial dryer, an office and the room of gas heating machinery and accumulators of A.C.S, solar installation. All the lighting is with LED bulbs. The complex also has a small apartment for 4 people, a large garden area with children’s games, a solarium and an outdoor swimming pool, heated with solar energy. There is also a storage room for bicycles and skis. The hot water and the heating also work with solar energy, with natural gas support. The hotel also has a large parking area.
